Corporate Finance Manager or Executive
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified and ideally have a minimum 12 month’s Corporate Finance experience gained in the profession. The ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of the team will be essential. Reporting directly to a partner, the role will principally involve leading both M&A and private equity transactions in the £5m to £50m deal size range. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong deal execution skills with a high degree of commercial and technical ability. Transaction Support Executive
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with either a minimum of 12 month’s Corporate Finance experience or with the demonstrable experience to learn and develop quickly. Reporting to a senior manager the role will involve undertaking due diligence field work on transactions initially in the £5m to £10m deal size range and drafting reports. Whilst comprehensive training will be given, the successful candidate will need to possess strong analytical and report writing skills as well as the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
