Work Life
Catherine is a due diligence specialist with five years experience.
Catherine qualified with a small London-based firm in 2002 and spent three years in the group finance function of a private equity-backed integrated betting and gaming group before joining HMT’s Transaction Support team in 2006.
Catherine was promoted to associate director in 2011 and specialises in due diligence, typically acting on the buy side for venture capitalists and mid-market private equity houses including Octopus, Maven and Bowmark, as well as for corporate clients.
Downtime
Catherine lives near Henley and is married to Simon.
In 2009, she took a well-timed year out to fulfil a lifelong ambition to travel around the world, exploring South East Asia, New Zealand and South America.
When she is not working she is most likely to be found up a mountain, or closer to home in one of the many country pubs in the surrounding area.
