Management buyout of London Capital Group
HMT Corporate Finance advised in the management buyout of London Capital Group (“LCG”). LCG is based in the City of London and is a well-established financial services company. Its two main businesses are financial spread betting and institutional broking.
Since opening in 2003, the spread betting division has grown at a significant rate expanding its product offering with a White Label solution for companies wishing to offer their own client base a bespoke spread betting platform.
