Management buyout of PGS Tigress (UK) Limited
HMT Corporate Finance, led by partner Bruce Morrison, advised the MBO team on the purchase of the entire share capital of PGS Tigress (UK) Limited via Tigress Geosciences Limited.
PGS Tigress is part of the large Petroleum Geo Services Norwegian Group. PGS Tigress specialises in the development and marketing of the Tigress suite of integrated software applications spanning all major exploration and acquisition disciplines and activities including geophysics, geology, petrophysics, mapping, reservoir engineering and simulation.
HMT acted as Lead Advisors in the transaction.
