Acquisition of School Travel Division of Kuoni Travel Limited

HMT Corporate Finance, led by partner Andrew Thomson, provided the financial due diligence for STG Travel Services in their acquisition of the trade and certain assets of the specialist school travel division of Kuoni Travel Limited.

Kuoni’s specialist travel division is a well established niche provider of performing arts and study tour holidays across Europe and the US, specifically tailored for school and university students.

The acquisition is in line with STG’s stated growth strategy, and provides STG with considerable additional volume, as well as a number of considerable cross selling and cost saving opportunities.
