Our role is to deliver the transaction for our clients whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed of how the transaction is progressing, thus enabling them to retain their focus on running the business, through what is a demanding period.
Through our extensive research capability and our relationships with acquisitive corporates and private equity institutions, we will identify the potential purchasers with the strategic rationale and financial capability to undertake the acquisition.
Our role includes the preparation of the Information Memorandum, organisation of the electronic data room, management presentations, leading negotiations through to actively managing all the advisers including lawyers and due diligence providers.
By creating a competitive bidding situation we then deliver the best deal possible for our clients, maximising shareholder value.
