Peter is a corporate finance partner with 14 years corporate finance experience.
Peter qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1994 and following two years in Corporate Recovery and Transaction Services, transferred to Corporate Finance in 1997. Peter left PwC in 2008 to join HMT and was made a partner in January 2009.
Peter’s corporate finance expertise covers a broad remit of both private and public company buy and sell side transactions, as well as extensive venture capital and private equity deals. He has worked in Bristol, Brussels, London and Reading and previously managed the Technology, Media and Telecoms, and Thames Valley Corporate Finance teams for PwC.
Peter has advised on a wide range of transactions, including recent deals with Trafficmaster, Siemens Ag and Sage Plc, in addition to completing PTP's of Civica for 3i, and Planit Holdings for August Equity. His private equity experience also includes transactions with Apax Partners, Baird, ECI, Hg, ISIS, NVM and Primary Capital.
Downtime
Peter is married to Catherine and has 2 young boys. When not spending time with his family he might be found running around the Surrey heaths or on the golf course.
